How Does Booking work?

Once you fill out the contact form, you will receive a link to our client guide and an invite to chat with KZW. We’ll meet in-person or virtually to discuss your vision and review our collections. A signed agreement + session fee will be due to schedule your session.

What is the turnaround?

Online galleries are usually delivered within 7 business days. Films take up to 14 business days. Heirloom products take up to 6 weeks to proof, print, and deliver.

What can I expect my investment to be?

Pricing for lifestyle portrait sessions and heirloom keepsakes can be found here. Event media starts at $400.00 with a 2-hour minimum required. If you are a small business owner looking for branding services, please reach out directly to schedule a consultation.

Do You travel?

Absolutely, I love road trips and catching flights! Travel fees will be added to your session fee for anything over 30-minutes from our studio.

Will I receive the RAW images?

You can choose to have your edits selected or a virtual showing to select your own edits. No RAWS are released.

How does product ordering work?

You receive a copy of the product guide in our initial consultation. Once your favorites are selected, we will have an ordering session. Samples are available of most products, and we have the ability to mock-up space in your home or office. Products must be paid in full prior to ordering and all sales are final.

Do you offer hair, makeup, image styling?

Yes, we have trusted vendors available to enhance your experience. Fees start at 150.00.
